“Yo también he sentido la culpa, el ruido y la presión de ser una mamá y una mujer perfecta, de serlo todo para todos. Por eso hoy acompaño a mujeres y madres como tú a reconectar con su esencia, crear comunidad y encontrar calma, incluso en medio del caos. A través de mindfulness, círculos de conversación y experiencias transformadoras, te ofrezco un espacio donde puedes soltar, respirar y SER.”

Meet my book

Daniela Vidal Marin

“A book that puts an end to the ideal of perfection that has been created around motherhood and makes us realize that in order to enjoy this process that is as wonderful as it is hard, we have to be real, not perfect.”

Hello

My name is Ana Giraldo

Mother of Martina and Antonia. Host of the Podcast “Mom present, not perfect” and author of the book with the same name. I studied industrial engineering and specialized in Marketing at Harvard University. I worked in the corporate sector until I became a mother and resigned in search of being a more present mother. From that moment on, I went around in circles without being able to find the balance I was looking for between my motherhood and my personal life. After a few challenging years, I began to ask myself: Am I living the life I want to live? Am I being the mother I want to be for my daughters? In search of answers to these questions, I began to practice and become certified in Coaching and Mindfulness. I understood that it is not about giving up anything we do not want to give up, but about giving up so many external expectations of perfection. It is about living and being mothers in a more imperfect but more intentional and CONSCIOUS way.
