TE INVITO A LEER LO QUE DICEN MIS ALUMNAS:

Five months ago I gave myself the opportunity to take this course, seeking to be a better mother for my son. I was in a time where motherhood was being very challenging, but I discovered that more than motherhood, I was not connected to myself and this was leading me to make this path of being a mother difficult and frustrating.
As I learned tools that helped me to be in my present, I began to discover and connect with myself and in this way with everything around me. Especially with my husband and my son…
Calm came to my heart, gratitude and clarity came to my life. It has been a very beautiful journey.
Yamileth Hoyos, FL
The workshop taught me a lot, one of the most important is learning to be in the present moment, without judging, controlling my inner voice and observing every detail.
I learned to have self-compassion, curiosity to know what happens with my emotions, to not carry blame for my feelings, to be more aware in each situation with my children / husband / family / friends and thus be able to connect.
I learned to stop, to pause along the way, to meditate, to think about myself, and to do things that make me feel good.

I am deeply grateful to have found the Mindful Care course at a time of chaos in my life. I started it with the intention of being a better mom, but soon discovered that the lessons and practices transformed many other areas of my life. This course allowed me to understand my own needs more clearly, separating them from those of my son, and taught me to handle situations with greater control and, above all, with renewed serenity. Thank you for all the strategies that have brought more calm to my life.
